Wir haben eine große Deckenlampe mit 90cm Durchmesser der Fa. Planlicht für über 1000€ bestellt. Der Preis war angemessen, die Qualität des Produkts hervorragend. Ich kannte diese Planlichtlampen bereits aus einem anderen Bauvorhaben.
Die Auftragsabwicklung incl. Rückfragen des Shops war sehr gut. Insbesondere die Klärung unserer Angaben in der Bestellung. Wir konnten auch noch kleine Änderungen an der Bestellung nachreichen. Sehr freundlicher Service.
Die Kommunikation mit der Spedition zum genauen Liefertermin war etwas holprig. Die haben uns die Palette am Ende einfach vor das Haus gestellt. Zum Glück hat es nicht geregnet.
Die Website passt, könnte wie immer etwas übersichtlicher sein. Aber die Varianten waren dann einwandfrei anzwählen und ich bin gut klargekommen.

Die Lieferung per Spedition ging schnell und reibungslos. Die Lampe ist ein Knaller, wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder bei Lichtakzente bestellen.
