Return processing

You would like to send something back. No problem!

With orders as a private person you have a 14-day right of revocation at us. Within this period you can return goods to us. The 14 days start with the receipt of the goods.If you have acted in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed professional activity (order by company), this right of return does not apply.

Excluded from the return:
» Orders from companies
» Products manufactured at the customer's request


In case of a return please proceed as follows:

1. Fill withdrawal form:
If you do not like the product, please fill out the online form to register your return. The form will be checked. After verification you will receive a completed return note for free return.

2. Pack articles
Please do not damage or contaminate the products. Please always ship original packed goods with an additional outer carton! If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure that there is sufficient protection against transport damage. If the goods consist of several individual parts, you shall restore the condition of delivery before returning the goods. Please enclose the delivery note or a copy of the invoice. You will receive a return note from us by e-mail. All you have to do is stick it on the parcel and bring it to the nearest GLS shop.


Return costs
» The return of package shipments is free of charge for customers from Austria and Germany.
» International customers shall bear the cost of returning the goods. If you ordered with PayPal, in this case PayPal takes the costs for the return for you. Further information can be found here

» Return of oversized items:
In the case of a return of goods that cannot be sent by parcel service, we will instruct a forwarding agent to collect the goods. You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be shipped by parcel service. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel service will be reduced to a maximum of 150 EUR for pick-ups from Austria and in the case of an international collection, estimated at a maximum of approximately 400 EUR


Complaints

Transport damage
In the case of delivery by parcel service or freight forwarder, transport damage may occur. Please check the package for damage before accepting it.

In case of damage please proceed as follows:
- You refuse the acceptance
- You sign the delivery note with the written note "under reservation". 

Please inform us immediately in a writing about the transport damage, however at the latest 3 days after receipt of the commodity. If you have accepted the goods despite our recommendation, we ask you to send us digital photos of the damage and the complete packaging by e-mail to office@lichtakzente.at

Glass breakage
If you receive a defective lamp, we can send you a new replacement glass. Please send us an e-mail.
