Complaints

Transport damage
In the case of delivery by parcel service or freight forwarder, transport damage may occur. Please check the package for damage before accepting it.
    
In case of damage please proceed as follows:
    - You refuse the acceptance
    - You sign the delivery slip with a written comment "with reservation". 
    
Please inform us immediately about the transport damage in writing, but no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods.
In case you have received the goods despite our recommendation, please send us digital photos of the damage and the complete packaging.

Photos please of:
1. outer box
2. inner box with packing material
3. damaged product

Glass breakage
In the case that a light arrives defective, we can send you a new replacement glass. Please send us an e-mail.
